This great house in downtown Chelthenham is a two-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Westfield Southland Shopping Centre. Also, a wide variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants are in nearby Mentone. We are lucky to be a five-minute drive to Beach Road and Sandringham Beach. There are lots of public transport options nearby. We are a 20-minute walk to Highett train station and close to several local bus stops.
This house is owned by Housing Victoria. Applications will be forwarded to the relevant housing department. VMCH is the SIL provider.
